Once your halves or quarters are ready at the processor, we will contact you to make arrangements for pick-up.
Please consider having large blankets to cover your meat in the back seat of your vehicle to keep it cold during transport. We do not recommend transporting your beef in the bed of your pickup in the warm months.
If you are unable to pick up in Summit, arrangements may be made to have your beef delivered to one of our regular pick-up locations. Please call us at 601 540 1665.
